The 2026-2027 season slate will be a return to early modern drama for Classical Theatre Company as we bring two of the most iconic plays of the era to our Houston audiences. In October, CTC will produce our first play by the master of wit and language, George Bernard Shaw since 2017 with Arms and the Man. Following that, in February, Executive Artistic Director John Johnston will direct his first Ibsen play since 2020’s award-winning Peer Gynt in the form of the disturbing tragedy, Hedda Gabler. You will not want to miss this season of high drama and huge laughs.
